    Please examine your delivery immediately upon arrival to ensure all gourmet items meet our high quality standards and your expectations.

    If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the products.

    Review Eligibility

    Non-perishable gift items may be returned within 14 days, while perishable food concerns will be addressed via replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
